First Step: Choose Embroidery Coverage Type

Second Step:  Select Patch Size and Quantity

We don't have size and quantity limit, open to your demand. If you are the first time, just tell us where you wanna use, we can recommend you a suitable size. And the colors, limit to 9 colors due to our machine function

Third Step:  Select Backing Type

Sew On Backing: Just need to use the needle or sewing machine, to sew the patch onto the colthes or caps...

Iron On Backing: Tear the protective film, put the patch on the fabric, use the iron or heat machine, use degrees 135-150℃ to heat 30-50 seconds.  Different machines are not the same degree of heat, at first you can start from a minimum value to test, slowly find the most suitable for your time and temperature. If your glue spills, or the patch burns, the temperature is too high or the hot press has been too long. If the hot pressing cooling is found to be unstable, then the time is too short or the temperature is too low。

Hook & Loop: Please sew on the loop part on the fabric, and press the hook part to fulfill it.

Self Adhesive: Rip off the protective paper and stick it on the fabric.

Safety Pin: You need to use hand pressure to pop the needle out, snap it onto your clothing, and lock it

Ring: You can decorate on your keys

Last Step:  Select Border Type

For the border, mainly have 3 types, merrow border, heat cut and laser cut. Merrow Border Suitable for the regular shape, and don't have many small space. And laser cut and heat cut for the irregular shape, and the heat cut cost higher and nice than laser cut

We will ues opp bag for the patch usually, if you want to make your patch unique, you can add backing card, or card holder to decorate it.
